  • 2005

    Establishment of Elettra Investimenti owned by the Bombacci family. Acquisition of Alea Lazio Spa, energy company of a territorial nature. Up to now, Alea Lazio has built 6 cogeneration plants (installed capacity of some 15 MW) at the service of factories.
  • 2008

    Establishment of Alea Sicilia Srl which acquires a cogeneration plant (installed power approximately 15 MW) at the service of a shopping mall located in Catania. Establishment of Alea Lombardia to acquire its holding in Giava Uno srl, special purpose vehicle holding single authorization to build a biomass cogeneration plant of 5 MW in the province of Bergamo.
  • 2012

    Establishment of Sustainable Bioliquids Bulgara ood (SBB ood) which operates in the field of vegetable oil trade, by providing plants both owned by the company Alea Lazio or by third-party customers.
  • 2013

    Establishment of Alea Service Srl (former Alea Lombardia Srl) with the goal of providing services in the field of management, operation and maintenance of gas-based cogeneration systems and of biomass sector.
  • 2014

    Sale of the interest held in Giava Uno Srl. Elettra Investimenti continues actively with its design and research strategies, by planning new development assets and new consolidation strategies with respect to the existing ones.
  • 2015

    Listing of Elettra Investimenti on the A.I.M. Market. Establishment of ALEA QUOTIDIA Establishment of ALEA H&P
  • 2016

    Acquisition of THOLOS, 5th Italian ESCo for the number of white certificates
  • 2017

    Obtained the status of innovative SME as recognition of its propensity to technological innovation of the business model;
    Majority acquisition of PHPower srl;
    Establishment of Reden srl;
